Investment Planet Event: Terms and Conditions

1. This Investment Planet event ("Event") is only available to users residing in regions where SphereX operates. Excluded regions include Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, and any others where SphereX does not do business.
2. Participants can earn Points by completing designated tasks within the Event. These tasks include:

• Claiming $ETH test tokens (25 Points)
• Depositing or withdrawing of funds (75 Points)
• Putting long/short trades (250 Points) New tasks will be made available daily, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Participants may repeat tasks after 24 hours to continue earning Points.

1. A Points multiplier will be applied based on a participant's trading activity during the Event:

• 2/3 or more trading days: Points earned will be automatically multiplied by 5. -1/3 to 2/3 trading days: Points earned will be automatically multiplied by 3.

1. Points earned during the Event can be used to redeem SphereX's native token, $HERE, in the future, not just during the Event itself. Users who earn Points through Investment Planet tasks will be eligible to swap for $HERE after the TGE (Token Generation Event).
2. Tracking Progress and Rankings Participants can track their Points earned and overall ranking on the Open Testnet page under "Leaderboard & Activity Record." The final Points data will be updated at the end of the Event.
3. SphereX reserves the right to modify or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice. SphereX is not liable for any losses or damages incurred during participation in the Event.
4. SphereX is committed to maintaining a fair and competitive environment. The following activities, money laundering, engaging in fake transactions, malicious cash-outs, using unauthorised methods to register or participate in the event (e.g., automated programs, bots), are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination, and potential legal action.
